Cancellation & Card-on-File Policy:
When booking an appointment, the booking system will ask for card details to secure your appointment. No payment will be taken at the time of booking, but your card details will be securely stored on file.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or
• Missed appointments (no-shows)
will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost to the card on file.
